Manage users, permissions, groups, and access provisioning across tools
Maintain system configurations, workflows, and basic automations
Troubleshoot system issues and act as the primary point of contact for internal users
Support administration of systems across multiple entities and international operations, ensuring consistency in access, configuration, and compliance requirements
Microsoft GCC High & Secure Environment Support
Support administration of a mixed Windows/Linux Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environment
Execute access controls, conditional access policies, and device/user management
Help maintain secure collaboration environments for sensitive data (ITAR / CUI)
Partner with IT/security leadership on implementing security best practices including health monitoring, backup and recovery.
Compliance Execution (CMMC, ITAR, CUI)
Support ongoing CMMC compliance efforts by implementing required system updates and controls
Execute changes related to CUI data handling, access restrictions, and audit readiness
Maintain documentation, access logs, and system configurations for audits
Partner with external consultants and internal leads to ensure controls are properly applied
Help monitor and remediate compliance gaps across systems
Support implementation and ongoing use of security monitoring tools (e.g., SIEM) by contributing logs, access data, and system context
Data & Systems Coordination
Support integrations and data consistency across tools (HRIS, finance systems, collaboration tools, etc.)
Assist in maintaining data integrity, user lifecycle processes, and system hygiene
Generate basic reports or exports to support compliance and business operations
What We’re Looking For
Core Experience
3–6 years of experience administering enterprise SaaS tools in a business environment
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Intune
Experience managing users, permissions, and workflows across multiple systems
Comfortable operating as a hands-on systems admin / analyst
Compliance & Secure Environments (Preferred)
Experience executing (not necessarily designing) compliance-related system changes
Experience with Linux administration via Ansible or similar tools
Familiarity with audit processes, access reviews, or control enforcement
Familiarity with identity & access management concepts (SSO, MFA, RBAC)
