Hydrosat is a space and data analytics company building a new Earth observation constellation and software to unlock the power of thermal infrared imagery. We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our Luxembourg office. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple administrative and facilities-related tasks in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including health & safety compliance.

• Coordinate office facilities, equipment, and maintenance.

• Manage reception duties, office supplies, inventory, and workspace organization.

• Act as the main point of contact for employee office-related requests and ad hoc administrative tasks.

• Support the Senior HR & Operations Manager with office administration and internal coordination.

• Organize office meetings, team events, and internal activities.

• 2–5 years of experience in office administration or facilities management.

• Fluency in English and French.

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Discreet, reliable, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
