Job description

Hydrosat is a space and data analytics company building a new Earth observation constellation and software to unlock the power of thermal infrared imagery. Our mission is to capture and deliver high spatio-temporal resolution thermal infrared data, currently not available from other sources, to provide insights that benefit the environment, enhance food and water security, and serve other critical applications. Our downstream applications team in Luxembourg combines best-in-class remote sensing, machine learning, and cutting-edge fusion approaches to thermal imagery to deliver innovative and scalable solutions to the agri-food industry.

We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our Luxembourg office. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple administrative and facilities-related tasks in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including health & safety compliance.

  • Coordinate office facilities, equipment, and maintenance.

  • Manage reception duties, office supplies, inventory, and workspace organization.

  • Act as the main point of contact for employee office-related requests and ad hoc administrative tasks.

  • Support the Senior HR & Operations Manager with office administration and internal coordination.

  • Organize office meetings, team events, and internal activities.

Job requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in office administration or facilities management.

  • Fluency in English and French.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Discreet, reliable, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
