Role Overview

Hera Technologies is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support daily inventory and material movement activities on the production floor. This role is highly hands-on and responsible for executing material transactions, maintaining organization, and ensuring accurate inventory records within the ERP system.

The ideal candidate has foundational warehouse experience, understands SKU-based inventory, and is comfortable operating forklifts and working closely with multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily material movement including receiving, stocking, issuing, and transferring inventory
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Execute inventory transactions in ERP systems to maintain accurate records
  • Support cycle counts and assist with inventory audits as directed by Inventory Control Lead
  • Ensure proper labeling, identification, and storage of materials and SKUs
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and stockroom areas (5S standards)
  • Pull and stage materials for production in alignment with work orders and schedules
  • Track and manage WIP (Work in Process) inventory across the shop floor
  • Communicate material shortages or discrepancies to leadership
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–3 years of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Basic understanding of warehouse layout, inventory flow, and SKU management
  • Experience using ERP systems for inventory transactions (JobBoss, Epicor, Oracle, etc. experience a plus)
  • Forklift certification required or willingness/ability to obtain certification
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and material handling
  • Ability to read part numbers, labels, and work orders
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in aerospace or regulated manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with AS9100 / ISO9001 standards and traceability practices
  • Experience supporting cycle counts and inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Basic knowledge of lean principles (5S, FIFO, Kanban)
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, etc.)
