Key Responsibilities

    • Align cross-functional teams—including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain—on program goals, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution from concept through production.
    • Serve as the primary contact for customers, translating feedback into actionable tasks and ensuring alignment with program objectives.
    • Represent content clearly and effectively to both internal stakeholders and external partners, including customers, suppliers, and sister companies.
    • Coordinate joint development efforts across affiliated companies and business units, ensuring shared milestones, resources, and deliverables are met.
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks early, implementing contingency plans to maintain schedule and technical performance.

    • Facilitate timely and informed decision-making by providing data-driven insights and clear trade-off analyses to leadership and production teams.
    • Coordinate between purchasing and production teams to provide enough information for material needs for each project.

Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree a related field, or equivalent industry experience working on cross-functional teams.
    • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in aerospace, defense, or advanced materials industries.
    • Proven leadership track record in managing and owning complex, multi-disciplinary products (prefer soft goods) or systems from concept through delivery.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead joint programs across internal departments and external partners or customers.
    • Hands-on experience working with non-metallic materials such as fabric, composites or other related materials.
    • Experience with handling material calculations for project (prefer soft goods).
    • Experience with risk management, milestone tracking, and project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience managing programs involving fabric materials, composites, or thermal/vibration control systems.
    • PMP or similar project management certification.
    • Master’s degree in business, or a related field.
    • Experience working with PLM systems and CAD tools to support engineering collaboration.
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
