Job Summary: The Project Coordinator / PM Support Specialist supports Program Management by driving internal job flow, managing critical customer and supplier portals, and maintaining data accuracy across ERP and reporting systems. This role ensures schedule visibility, delivery performance tracking, and documentation compliance while serving as a key liaison between Program Management, Production, Materials, and external customer platforms.
This position combines cross-functional coordination with strong administrative ownership to improve on-time delivery (OTD), data integrity, and customer responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expedite jobs through internal departments to prevent schedule delays.
  • Serve as a bridge between Program Managers and Production to obtain accurate recovery dates and production schedules.
  • Monitor and manage unreleased and hold job lists to drive resolution.
  • Coordinate traveler release to Materials upon receipt of incoming material.
  • Maintain and update customer portals to support on-time delivery performance.
  • Submit delivery updates and contest late deliveries as needed.
  • Ensure portal data aligns with ERP and production schedules.
  • Run and analyze ERP reports to track job status, delivery performance, and backlog.
  • Identify discrepancies between system data and actual production status.
  • Support PMs with data-driven schedule recovery plans.
  • Maintain accuracy of delivery dates and job milestones within ERP.
  • Prepare and complete customer Open Order Reports (OOR) documentation.
  • Ensure documentation compliance and submission timelines are met.
  • Track outstanding OOR actions and coordinate internal follow-ups.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, production planning, aerospace/defense manufacturing, or similar environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Comfortable communication across departments (Production, Materials, Engineering, Program Management).
  • Experience with ERP systems and customer portals
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
Type: Full Time, Temporary (6 months)
Pay Range: $30 to $40 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
