Role Overview:
The Human Resources Generalist will support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in HR operations and a solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. This role requires a high level of discretion, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientations and exit interviews.
- Maintain employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee inquiries.
- Address employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Provide guidance on employment law, company policies, and best practices to managers and employees.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in workplace investigations and help resolve employee relations issues.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Generate reports and analyze HR metrics as needed.
- Supports ad hoc HR projects.
- Supports and/or plans for employee engagement events.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in a human resources role.
- Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Physical Requirements / Work Environments
· Ability to work in office, lab, and manufacturing environments with occasional exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs and perform tasks involving standing, walking, bending, and manual assembly
· Visual acuity required for reading technical drawings and digital media
· Valid US driver’s license and ability to operate motor vehicles
