Overview
We are looking for a sharp, high-energy Analyst to serve as the operational backbone of our active sales pipeline. This is both a tactical-and-strategic role: day to day, you will manage quotes, coordinate across internal teams and customers, and keep complex workflows moving on time. Strategically, you will analyze new market opportunities, diligence new products, and help drive our strategic business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze new sales opportunities across various product categories, customers, and market segments for potential expansion of Amca’s contract portfolio.
- Track sales pipelines, deadlines, and deliverables with disciplined project management practices.
- Manage project handoffs between business operations, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain organized records of all contract correspondence, modifications, and compliance documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers in commercial and government organizations.
- Identify process improvements in sales workflows and implement scalable systems as the team grows.
- Develop expertise on internal capabilities and customer demand to help inform Amca’s strategic growth initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, engineering, business, economics, engineering, public policy, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of high performance in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce polished, executive-level deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in production scheduling, supply chain management, or other communication-intensive, high-stakes professional environments.
- Familiarity with commercial aviation acquisition and supply chain processes
- Familiarity with the Defense Logistics Agency, DCMA, or DoD acquisition processes.
- Interested in aerospace, defense, or industrial manufacturing.
Annual Salary Range
