Our mission is supported by an ambitious vertically integrated approach: design & manufacture of small satellites combined with development of earth observation services.

Since its creation in 2018, the company has already grown substantially. Our team gathers more than 25 engineering expertise, from hardware design to software development & data science.

Role Overview

As a Senior Data Analyst joining our Spacecraft Operations team. you will be analyzing satellite performance, aggreegating telemetry data, and generating system monitoring metrics to drive operational improvements. You will develop advanced dashboards, tools and solutions to enhance global real-time and long-term monitoring, automate data validation processes and provide actionable insights for satellite design and development.

You will work in a highly collaborative, international environment, partnering with colleagues across Europe and the United States.

Duties

• Data Analysis & Monitoring

​ ​o Analyze satellite performance and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and ​ ​improvement opportunities.

​ ​o Aggregate and process large volumes of telemetry data from multiple spacecraft

​ ​o Develop and maintain system monitoring metrics for real-time and long-term ​ ​ ​performance tracking.

• Dashboard & Tool Development

​ ​o Design and integrate meaningful dashboards (e.g., Grafana) for spacecraft health and ​ ​mission performance.

​ ​o Build tools to improve data investigations and automate operational workflows.

​ ​o Implement solutions for global real-time monitoring and automatic data validation during ​ ​​​LEOP (Launch and Early Orbit Phase), commissioning, and routine operations.

• Feedback & Continuous Improvement

​ ​o Enhance feedback loops from in-flight satellite data to design and development teams.

​ ​o Support performance feedback mechanisms and contribute to long-term monitoring ​ ​strategies.

• Operational Support

​ ​o Collaborate with the satellite operations team and participate in daily operations to gain ​ ​hands-on knowledge of spacecraft systems and ground tools.

​ ​o Assist in automation initiatives for operational processes.

Must have

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in aerospace or satellite operations.
• Proven track record in developing dashboards and data-driven solutions for complex systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and database management.
• Experience with Grafana or similar visualization tools.
• Solid understanding of data handling, statistical analysis, and mathematical modeling.
• Passion for space and understanding of satellite systems and operations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with software development including FE and BE
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and data pipelines
• Knowledge of spacecraft telemetry, ground segment tools, and mission operations processes.
